Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day activities and guidance of their team members;
Sets targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the employees may have;
Provide leadership and direction where necessary;
Supervise, train or guide team members;
Inspire and motivate team members;
Demonstrates competency and professional responsibility in the medical assistant role;
Give early and or first aid treatment to patients;
Interview patients to obtain medical information, measure their vital signs, weight, and height;
Record patient’s information and maintain medical records;
Prepare and administer non-prescription medication;
Explain treatment procedures, medications, diets and physicians’ instructions to patients;
Keep inventory records of medication and supplies of first aid room;
Order stocks of medication and first aid room supplies and equipment;
Maintain cleanliness and neatness of first aid room;
This position will play an important roles to:
Handle Medic Department.
Report to Safety & Health Manager.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Medical Science, Medical Assistant/Nursing Practice Development or equivalent.
Preferably has Occupational Health Nursing Certificate is advantages.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Healthcare or Government Hospital - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Samalaju, Bintulu.
