Job description:
To perform machine preventive maintenance by inspecting machine’s electrical parts according to preventive schedule.
Troubleshoot general electrical works for machinery such as changing spoil unit of MCB, sensors, fuses ,bus bar spoil, communication device fault, inverter setting…etc
To perform hands on work for changing electrical parts such as motor, solenoid, controller, etc.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with codes.
Dealing with and supervising sub-contractor teams whenever necessary.
Must be able to standby 24 hours for machine breakdown whenever required.
Creates and modifies PLC programs for Company production need. Troubleshooting PLC problem.
Training subordinate regarding PLC, electrical knowledge, inverter or new modification.
Provides technical support by monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing all complex electrical and automated systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly report for management review; to perform documents control for and as required by ISO, OHSAS, DOE, DOSH, etc
Arrange job for subordinate, plan technician working schedule. Manpower arrangement.
Maintain and record control of all inventory items received and purchased. Duel with supplier for part purchase.
Assist superior for machine upgrading project, modification for better performance. Able to study and reduce machine breakdown. Fabricate new electrical panel, design electrical layout, part arrangement and test and commissioning for new project.
