RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
Manage and update HR database with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
Assist in the payroll management, preparation and payment
Prepare,manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Assist with posting job advertisement on careers pages and recruitment portals, and processing resumes received
Monitor and dispense staff uniforms
Assist with other HR administration tasks and ad hoc assignments
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Ensure and maintain confidentiality
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma of HRM
Fresh graduate preferred
Able to operate MS Office program
Data-driven mindset
Reliable and supportive
Effective communication in English and BM.Proficiency in Mandarin an added advantage
Able to work on some weekends
