Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English,Mandarin
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Have experience in Retail Industry is preferable.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office,Auto Count or any accounting system
Preferably Junior/Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Can work independently and have good time management.
Applicant must be willing to work at Rawang and on Saturday.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the full spectrum of the accounting/finance function.(Full set of Account)
Responsible for the month end closing and all the necessary accruals, CN.DN.goods return,etc
Manage data entry and updating accounting records on timely basis.
Manage AR,AP,GL,Bank Reconciliation and inventories.
Liaise with auditor,tax agent,banker,and company secretary.
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
