Job Description
To monitor daily repair job and follow up pending job
To monitor daily preventive maintenance job and follow up pending job
To monitor daily down mould checking status
Manpower arrangement/Job arrangement on tooling daily activities
Carry out monthly checking and maintenance to ensure the tool and accessories in good manner and well function
New receiving tools checking and follow up testing status
Mould receiving/transferring arrangement
To repair complicated mould and improve the failure mould
Guidance subordinate for continual improvement
Discuss lead time for mould repairing, maintenance and improvement
Come out failure analysis report
Requirements :
At least 2- year(s) of working experience plastic mold and in the related field is required for this position.
Skill in Tool Modification/improvement/design
Full-Time position(s) available.
