Job summary:
Assist in recruiting, leading, training and retaining Takaful agents.
The Role:
Analyse, manage and monitor the performance of all ranks agents pertaining to the Takaful business to ensure they are achieving their annual target.
Assist in agency recruitment, training and agency development of new Takaful agents.
Counsel all ranks agents on the results and take necessary corrective action if overall performance below par.
Train and motivate all ranks agent through face to face meeting, training and seminars.
Organize, supervise and implement customized courses, meetings, seminars, and talks presentation and training for Takaful.
Prepare periodic performance report.
Ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
The Person:
Degree in any disciplines
Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in financial services industry and sales.
Product knowledge
Familiar with the standard of procedure and rules and regulations
Good knowledge in competitors' products and strategies
Good communication skills
Good negotiation and convincing skills
