Job role

Responsibilities: Manage a corporate client servicing team to ensure a smooth end to end service delivery Maintain existing business relationships Develop sales opportunities through existing client and partners (insurer, brokers and consultants etc) Build new channels for new business Follow-up on sales meetings, preparation of quotes and documentations Create detailed business analysis Drive strategic plans and responsible for actionable projects Oversee and co-ordinate internal processes involving other business units for client inquiries, investigations and escalations Review, formulate and implement policies and workflows for an effective and smooth client onboarding and implementations Provide periodic or as and when analytical support relating to client on an individual/portfolio level i.e. utilization, overall/upcoming trends and renewal action plan Coordinate and prepare monthly KPI reporting Quarterly claims analysis reporting Assist with Client audits and due diligence process Guide the team to meet sales targets Manages the team with regards to recruitment, training, counselling and discipline contextually in preparation for onboarding of pipeline accounts Planning and monitoring the use of expenditures to meet a break-even P and L Track and report key functional metrics to contain expenses and improve effectiveness Perform additional duties that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. Relevant experience in corporate account management/sales within the healthcare/financial insurance services industry will be advantageous Required skill(s): corporate accounts management, Client Account Management. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Enjoy interaction and show ability to exercise clarity in problem solving and decision making. well spoken, proactive, meticulous and able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Self-motivated with ability to work independently at times. Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
