Responsibilities
Reports to the Finance Manager
Provides financial information report to management by preparing and analyzing accounting data
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information
Assist with the preparation and analysing of accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
Assist to publish financial statements on time
Compute taxed owed, and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
Keep confidential all information
Assists in any ad-hoc accounting tasks which may be assigned by the Finance Manager from time to time
Requirements
ACCA Qualification
Minimum 3 years work experience as an Accountant
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Familiar with SAP system will be an added advantage
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Good interpersonal skill and able to work independently
