Job role
Job Descriptions :
To perform sourcing, purchasing and expediting all purchase product / service.
To carry out supplier evaluation & selection and yearly evaluation of supplier performance.
To issue purchase order to supplier and ensure on time delivery from supplier.
Ensure all invoices and delivery orders are checked, verified and matched before deliver to Finance Department.
Liaise with transporter, forwarders and custom to ensure the delivery of goods are on schedule,
Assists superior on handling any other assignments/projects as and when required/instructed.
Job Requirements :
Possess STPM / SPM with relevant experience will be considered.
Possess at least 2 years working experience in similar field and/or specializing in Purchasing
A full commitment and passion for those who are fresh with no experience in this field at all.
Possess and ethical mind, a mature and confident disposition, positive attitude, initiative and enthusiasm for challenges as well as wiling to learn new things.
Ability to work with minimum supervision, highly disciplined, committed, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
Able to meet the tight deadlines and a team player as well as able to work in team work environment.
