Job Summary: To assist the Risk Management Unit and the Company to identify and manage any potential risks to the existence of the Company and to report risks to the Risk Manager, the Risk Management Committee and the Board of Directors. Job Responsibilities: The following duties are not exclusive and certain items require effective delegation in whole or in part to be adequately fulfilled. To assist the Department in planning, design and implementation of the overall risk management process for the Company. To liaise and follow-up with all departments and key stakeholders on risk assessment, involving analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating risks affecting the business. To evaluate risk, involving comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the Company such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors. To develop tools and templates for risk owners to enable them to be effective at managing risks. To evaluate risk and report to the Risk Manager, Division Heads and other stakeholders of the Company. To assist the Department in preparation of the quarterly risk assessment report to the Risk Management Committee and the Board. To keep track of economic indicators for reporting and risk assessment and manage an inventory of risk management related metrics. To assist the Department in providing ERM related awareness and support across the Group to build risk awareness within the Company. Perform any other duties as directed from time to time by immediate superior and Management of Naim Group. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or other related majors. 2 years related working experience; past experience in audit field would be an advantage. Familiar with Microsoft applications. Good interpersonal skills.
